1. General Terms and Definitions

In this document, "bajilite", "we", and "our" refer to the bajilite online gaming and betting platform. "Member", "user", and "you" refer to any registered or unregistered person who visits or uses this platform. "Platform" refers to the bajilite website, its mobile version, and all of its services.

• Accounts may not be opened in the name of any company, organization, or third party.

3. Account Security and Password

It is entirely your responsibility to maintain the security of your bajilite account. You are requested to follow the guidelines below:

• Never share your login details (username and password) with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you notice any unauthorized activity or suspicious transactions on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Using or operating the account through a third party is strictly prohibited.

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account, unless you can prove that the account was used without authorization and that you notified bajilite in a timely manner.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the bajilite platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200 (two hundred taka).
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal Time: Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 (one) hour.
• Accepted Methods: Deposits and withdrawals are currently available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Transactions may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are strictly prohibited.

bajilite reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction. The relevant account and funds may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bajilite offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply when accepting these offers:

Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on your first deposit up to ৳20,000 (twenty thousand taka). For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) applies to the welcome bonus.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from bonus funds.
• bajilite may prohibit the use of multiple bonuses at the same time.
• bajilite's decision is final in determining eligibility for receiving a bonus.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through fraudulent means, the account may be cancelled.
• The validity period and special conditions of promotional offers will be stated on the relevant offer page.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on bajilite are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Following the gaming rules below is mandatory:

• The outcomes of all bets and games are determined in a neutral and random manner.
• If a technical issue arises during a game, bajilite reserves the right to void or restore the relevant bet.
• For sports betting, if a match is postponed or abandoned, bajilite will settle the bet according to applicable rules.
• Accepted bet amounts and limits in live betting may change.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error will be considered void.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajilite platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through any form of manipulation, fraud, or software use.
• Placing bets using artificial intelligence, bots, or automated systems.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets through fraudulent collusion or agreements with other users.
• Helping or allowing minors to use this platform.
• Using or distributing bajilite's intellectual property without permission.
• Registering with false information or fraudulently claiming bonuses.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bajilite reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity is found.
• Providing false information or failing to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• In compliance with instructions or orders from a regulatory authority.

You may also contact our support team at any time to request the closure of your account. In the case of voluntary account closure, any valid balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned.
